Procedure for submitting appeals

Review Time
The review period for an application is no more than 15 (fifteen) business days. A response to the application is sent to the applicant depending on the method by which the application was received by the organization. If the application is received on paper, the response is sent to the specified postal address or email address (if available). If the application is received electronically, the response is sent to the specified email address. The priority method for sending a response to an application is the method specified by the applicant in the application.
Before submitting your request, please review the answers to the following questions:
Fill out the application form and indicate the reason for canceling the policy. Sign the application. Send a copy of the signed application, a copy of the policyholder's passport (the page with the photo), and a document confirming the reason for cancellation (if available) to info@crediteuropelife.ru. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation application. Errors in completing the application, poor-quality or incorrect copies of documents, and errors in bank details may significantly increase the cancellation period. Please note this.

The following documents must be attached to the letter:
- Policyholder's passport (a copy of the passport of a third party, if by proxy);
- Documents confirming the changes (scan or photo from (both parties);
- Complete and attach a scan or photo of the signed application.

- If you have already paid for the policy but made a mistake when entering the data, you must submit a written request to amend the insurance contract. Send a copy of the signed application and a copy of the policyholder's passport (the page with the photo) to info@crediteuropelife.ru.

- If you haven't yet paid for your policy, simply re-register. Please check the details before paying.
If you want to appoint or change a beneficiary, you must submit a written application to amend the insurance contract, specifying the details of the new beneficiary. Please send a copy of the signed application and a copy of the policyholder's passport (page with photo) to info@crediteuropelife.ru. Changing the beneficiary under a personal insurance policy is permitted only with the consent of the designated person. For life insurance, any person or organization may be designated as the beneficiary. In the event of the insured's death, if no beneficiary is designated, the beneficiary is the legal heir. Please note that the insurance company will not independently search for the beneficiary, as they must appear and declare their rights to receive the payment. In property insurance, the beneficiary is usually the owner of the property or a person with a property interest in preserving the insured property.
